How To Join The Team At Pine Lodge

Working at Pine Lodge.

We are proud of our stable team of carers, however, from time to time we have opportunities for new staff to join us.

Most of our posts are part time work and where possible offer a flexible approach to working hours.

All of our staff are required to undertake Criminal Records checks that are organised by Orchard Care (S.W.) Ltd, Pine Lodge`s umbrella company.

When you join us, you will follow a well defined induction and will be offered further training beyond the statutory.

These include, Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Lifting and Handling Certificates.

With this emphasis on training we have a lot of our staff working towards NVQ qualifications.

We are always keen to hear from people who feel they have the skills to join our small, friendly and caring team at Pine Lodge.

As well as carers we also employ cleaners and general assistants who can help with cooking and kitchen duties.

We look for people who are flexible, have a professional, caring nature and who work well within a small multi skilled team.
