Home Care from Pine Lodge Care
In 2011 'Pine Lodge Care' was registered with the Care Quality Commission for the provision of a Home Care Service.
Our aim is to provide a high standard of home care that is derived from the highest standards achieved at Pine Lodge Care Home. We use our experienced carers who work at Pine Lodge to provide the service where possible. We try to achieve a consistency in our caring - for those who have had Respite Care at Pine Lodge or Re-ablement Care we will try to allocate a known carer to visit the client at home.
Our staff are checked through the Criminal Records Bureau and can only commence their duties once they have supplied references and have had them confirmed. Before our staff can start working they have will have been considered able and confident to carry out their allocated tasks. This is achieved through a thorough induction and specific training. We have a high ratio of NVQ staff and all our staff are encouraged to undergo further training.
We are proud to offer a free dementia advice service. This service consists of offering practical advice on how to care for a loved one at home. The advice will be provided by our manager,Anne Morley. As well as managing a care home Anne has considerable experience in providing community based help and advice.Her advice will be contemporary and compatible with that of other caring agencies.
We provide a wide range of Home Care Services. As well as giving assistance with all aspects of personal care (including the administration of medicines) we can offer:
- Re-ablement care
- Shopping
- Preparation of meals
- Companionship
- Assistance with appointments
- Leisure activities
- Day/night sitting
- Domestic tasks
- Long term care, 24hr plus

ur rates are based on £15.00 per hour. We can provide a minimum of ½ hour care if requested.
